Wargifs

A family tragedy of one of the makers formed the starting point of this digital project. The story of a missing family member in the warzone of Ukraine is told by a stolen printer. (Experience the project here)

Instead of using a fictional or non-fictional person to tell a story – the traditional way – this team chose a lifeless object. This was one of their biggest but also one of our most interesting challenges, because it forced us (mostly the storytellers) to think in a completely different way than we are used to.

This team managed to tell an emotional story in a different format. They know digital stories are not about bells and whistles, but more simplicity.  The excellent use of audio adds to the experience.
