Our concepts is for citizens to improve the quality of municipality services. We build a website where you can see the concerns, questions, and ideas of citizens on a map. For example: “the lamp in my street is broken”, “dog shit on the pavement”.
We got inspired by a tweeting pothole in Panama: someone installed a button, so every time a car crosses the pothole it sends out a tweet directly at the council which says ‘fix me’
On our app the community can vote on the issue to make it more urgent. But only in brief messages, you can only use 100 characters to describe the issue.
